Central Nervous System
Frequent awakenings from pain resulting in non-restorative sleep
Pain and generalized morning stiffness in the muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia arise from the shoulders, neck, upper and lower back, hips, knees, inner and outer elbows, wrists and chest. Injured or old operative sites and most often affected.
Fibromyalgia is described as a nonarticular disease, but those with the illness know better. Joint pains – with or without swelling – redness and heat are frequent.
Irritable bowel, also known as leaky gut, spastic colon or mucous colitis includes:
Nausea – often brief, repetitive waves
Constipation alternating with diarrhea
Mucus in the stool
Burning urination with or without frequent bladder infections
Vulvar pain syndrome
Irritation of the vaginal opening
Yeast infection without the typical discharge
Intense PMS and cramping
Symptoms are worse pre-menstrually
Various rashes without itching
Tiny bumps or blisters
Brittle, poor quality nails
Premature loss of hair
Feeling of cold or hot on skin, especially on palms, heels or thighs
Crawling, electric vibrations
Super-sensitivity to touch
Flushing, sometimes with heavy sweating
